Select field duplicating the options from the last field (first save)

Problem

When adding the form for the first time using visual admin, if you have added more than one select field then it duplicates the options from the last select field to all the fields.

Form

First Fields – Select field 1

I have added a select field with a label Websites and added options as

  • Google
  • Facebook

Second Fields – Select field 2

Added the second field with the label Email Domains

  1. Youtube
  2. Amazon

After that,while If I am checking the first select field, which had options below (what I added)

  1. Google
  2. Facebook

became

  1. Youtube
  2. Amazon
