Why do I have numbers before each form field?

How does Contact form 7 quiz works?

The quiz field accepts multiple questions and corresponding answers. Then in the front end, it gives a random question from them.

Why quiz field ?

1. The quiz field can be used as a questionnaire
2. Can be used as a minimal alternative to captcha. As the field is randomely generated in the front end, it can ask random questions to the users like the captcha.

I have created a quiz with multiple questions, but in the front end, it only displays a random single question.
