Alignment and color Problem with (acceptance field) checkbox and Condition on Newer Themes

Problem: While using newer Themes (ie, TwentyTwenty, TwentyTwentyOne), The acceptance field and the check box is not aligned in the way that is it is supposed to.

NOTE: This problem is not present in older themes (ie, TwentyNinteen Theme)

With the twentytwenty theme and CRAWFORD (PRO)
twentytwenty theme with BURTON (PRO)- This is checked but the check color is black
