Before doing manual testing, please enable browser Developer Tools with Console tab enable to see JavaScript errors. Check for any errors or warnings for each steps.

Step 1. Go to WordPress edit page, and create a new form.

Step 2. From the header toolbar, click Add block inserter button find Contact Form 7 shortcode.

Step 3. Hover on it.

Step 4. Click on it, the shortcode block will be added to the editor.

Step 5. Repeat steps above using block inserter.
